Process / Operational Excellence Lead

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Process / Operational Excellence Lead to join our dynamic team at Zetta. You will be responsible for identifying bottlenecks, implementing process improvements, and fostering a culture of operational excellence within our fast-paced startup environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Design, develop, and implement new or revised processes and workflows across departments.
• Develop and maintain operational metrics and KPIs to track performance and measure the impact of implemented changes.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate employees on new processes and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations) to ensure seamless integration of process improvements.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the organization.
• Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, or other relevant methodologies to drive process optimization.
• Document processes, procedures, and guidelines.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of implemented changes, making adjustments as needed.
