Job Description
We are seeking a driven and analytical Process / Operational Excellence professional with a Master's degree and 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Guwahati. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in identifying, analyzing, and improving existing business processes within our law enforcement and security services operations. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate academic understanding into practical, impactful operational enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze current operational processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
Develop and implement process improvement strategies using methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, or other relevant frameworks.
Design and document new standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency and compliance.
Collect and analyze data to measure process performance and track the impact of implemented changes.
Collaborate with various departments to understand their operational challenges and propose solutions.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Prepare reports and presentations on process improvements and operational performance for management.
About CRPF (Central Reserve Police Force)
The Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) is the largest central armed police organization of India. It is one of the oldest paramilitary forces in India, with a history dating back to the Indian Police Act of 1931. Established on July 27, 1939, as the Crown Representative's Police, it was renamed the Central Reserve Police Force on December 28, 1949. The CRPF is a nodal agency to combat insurgency and naxalism in India. It is deployed across the country for a variety of duties including anti-terrorist operations, riot control, counter-insurgency, and VIP protection.
