Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Process / Operational Excellence Manager to drive continuous improvement initiatives across our manufacturing and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying inefficiencies, developing and implementing process enhancements, and fostering a culture of operational excellence within the organization. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proven track record in implementing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end process improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency gains in manufacturing, logistics, and other operational areas.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices to ensure consistent quality and performance.
• Conduct process mapping, root cause analysis, and data-driven problem-solving.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and drive change management.
• Develop and deliver training programs on operational excellence principles and tools to employees at all levels.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational efficiency and project progress.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.
