Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver engaging training sessions on various processes and systems to new and existing employees.

Assess training needs and create tailored learning programs to address skill gaps.

Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.

Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Provide one-on-one coaching and support to employees requiring additional assistance.
