Process Trainer

Role Summary: The Process Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees within our Indian operations, focusing on manufacturing and operational processes in the agrochemical sector. This role is crucial for ensuring operational efficiency, safety, and quality compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop comprehensive training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules, specific to UPL's manufacturing processes.
• Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing employees on process operations, safety protocols, quality standards, and equipment handling.
• Assess training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance monitoring, and make necessary adjustments to training programs.
• Collaborate with departmental managers and subject matter experts to identify training needs and gaps.
• Ensure all training activities comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Maintain training records and provide regular reports on training progress and outcomes.
