Process Trainer - Content Development / Language (2-3 Yrs)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Process Trainer with 2-3 years of experience to join our growing team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma and a passion for developing and delivering training programs within the Content Development and Language services sector. This role is crucial in ensuring our team members are well-equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles and contribute to our company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver engaging training sessions on content development processes, tools, and best practices.

Develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules, tailored for individuals with a Diploma background.

Assess training needs and identify areas for improvement in existing training programs.

Conduct regular assessments and provide feedback to trainees to track progress and ensure learning objectives are met.

Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in content development and language services to incorporate into training.

Collaborate with team leads and managers to align training programs with business goals and operational requirements.

Provide one-on-one coaching and support to trainees as needed.
