Process Trainer - Electrical Equipment (3-5 Yrs Exp)

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules, tailored to the electrical equipment manufacturing processes.
- Conduct engaging and effective training sessions for new hires and existing employees on various operational procedures, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Assess training needs and identify skill gaps within the workforce through observation, surveys, and performance reviews.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, knowledge assessments, and performance monitoring, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Maintain accurate training records and prepare regular reports on training activities and employee progress.
- Collaborate with departmental managers and supervisors to ensure training aligns with business objectives and operational requirements.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in process training and electrical equipment manufacturing.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and support to employees requiring additional assistance.
- Ensure all training activities comply with company policies and regulatory standards.
