Job Description
Role Summary: The Proctor/Invigilator will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and smooth conduct of examinations or assessments conducted by HDFC Life Insurance. This role is crucial in maintaining a fair and secure testing environment for candidates and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the examination hall/testing environment to ensure adherence to all rules and regulations.
- Verify the identity of candidates/examinees before they commence the test.
- Distribute and collect examination materials (question papers, answer sheets, etc.) as per instructions.
- Monitor candidates during the examination to prevent malpractice, cheating, or any form of academic dishonesty.
- Report any suspicious activities or irregularities to the examination supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a calm and orderly environment within the examination venue.
- Ensure all examination procedures are followed precisely.
- Assist candidates with any queries related to the examination process, within the defined guidelines.
