Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and observant Proctor/Invigilator to ensure the integrity and smooth conduct of examinations and assessments within our corporate environment. The Proctor will be responsible for maintaining a secure and fair testing atmosphere, adhering to all established protocols and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and monitor candidates during examinations to prevent malpractice and ensure adherence to rules.
- Distribute and collect examination papers, answer sheets, and other relevant materials.
- Verify candidate identities against official records.
- Ensure the examination hall is set up correctly and free from distractions.
- Report any irregularities, breaches of conduct, or suspicious activities to the examination authority.
- Provide clear instructions to candidates regarding examination procedures.
- Maintain a calm and professional demeanor throughout the examination period.
- Assist in the secure storage and handling of examination materials.
