Proctor / Invigilator

Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and responsible Proctor/Invigilator to oversee and ensure the integrity of examinations and assessments conducted by VA Tech Wabag Limited. This role is crucial in maintaining a fair and secure testing environment, ensuring adherence to established protocols and guidelines. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage groups effectively. This position is based in Vadodara and is suitable for individuals with 4-6 years of experience and any postgraduate degree.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare the examination venue, ensuring it is set up according to guidelines (seating arrangements, materials, etc.).
- Distribute examination papers and answer sheets to candidates in a timely and organized manner.
- Supervise candidates during the examination period, ensuring strict adherence to all rules and regulations.
- Monitor for any instances of malpractice, cheating, or unauthorized assistance, and take appropriate action.
- Respond to candidate queries regarding examination procedures, ensuring clarity and fairness.
- Collect examination papers and answer sheets securely at the end of the examination.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance and any incidents that occur during the examination.
- Report any irregularities or issues to the examination coordinator promptly.
- Ensure the security and confidentiality of all examination materials before, during, and after the assessment.
- Assist in the post-examination process, including collation and handover of materials.
