Role Summary:

The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in a similar capacity or in academic administration, with a strong understanding of examination protocols and ethical conduct.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and conduct examinations, ensuring strict adherence to established procedures and guidelines.
- Maintain a secure and controlled examination environment, preventing any form of malpractice or misconduct.
- Prepare examination materials, including question papers, answer scripts, and attendance sheets.
- Verify candidate identities and ensure they meet the eligibility criteria for the examination.
- Monitor candidates throughout the examination period, addressing any queries or issues promptly and professionally.
- Collect and securely store all examination materials upon completion.
- Report any irregularities or incidents observed during the examination to the relevant authorities.
- Assist in the invigilation of internal assessments, professional development tests, and any other organizational evaluations.
