We are seeking a highly diligent and experienced Proctor/Invigilator to oversee and ensure the integrity of various examination and assessment processes at our facility in Vijayawada. The ideal candidate will possess a Doctorate/PhD and have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating a strong commitment to fairness, accuracy, and adherence to protocols. This role is critical in maintaining the credibility of our internal and external assessment procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the smooth and fair conduct of examinations, tests, and assessments according to established guidelines and policies.

Verify candidate identities and ensure they meet the eligibility criteria for the assessment.

Maintain a secure and controlled examination environment, preventing any form of malpractice or cheating.

Distribute and collect examination materials (question papers, answer sheets, etc.) in a timely and organized manner.

Monitor candidates throughout the assessment period, addressing any immediate concerns or issues.

Prepare and submit detailed reports on the conduct of the examination, including any incidents or irregularities.

Liaise with examination authorities and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with all relevant procedures.

Provide clear instructions to candidates regarding examination rules and procedures.
