Proctor / Invigilator (BCA Required) - Indore

We are seeking a diligent and responsible Proctor / Invigilator with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Indore. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications (BCA) and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and fair conduct of assessments and examinations, upholding the integrity of the process.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor candidates during examinations to prevent malpractice and ensure adherence to rules.

Verify candidate identities and ensure all necessary documentation is in order.

Distribute and collect examination materials in a timely and organized manner.

Maintain a secure and conducive examination environment.

Respond to candidate queries and address any issues that may arise during the examination.

Report any irregularities or incidents to the examination authorities promptly.

Assist with the setup and dismantling of examination venues.

Ensure compliance with all examination policies and procedures.
