Proctor / Invigilator - Management Consulting Sector (1-3 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and responsible Proctor / Invigilator to join our team in Surat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the integrity of various assessments and examinations conducted by or for our clients within the management consulting sector. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strict adherence to protocols, and excellent organizational skills. The candidate will primarily support our internal training programs and client-specific assessment needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct and supervise examinations and assessments, ensuring all procedures are followed meticulously.
- Verify the identity of candidates and ensure they comply with examination rules and regulations.
- Monitor candidates during assessments to prevent malpractice and ensure a fair testing environment.
- Prepare and set up examination venues, including distribution of materials and collection of scripts.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, examination materials, and any incidents that occur.
- Report any irregularities or breaches of conduct to the appropriate authorities immediately.
- Assist in the preparation and review of assessment materials as needed.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external clients regarding assessment schedules and requirements.
- Ensure the security and confidentiality of all examination-related documents and data.
- Provide support and guidance to candidates regarding examination procedures.
