Procurement Analyst

Role Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Procurement Analyst to join our dynamic procurement team. The Procurement Analyst will be responsible for supporting procurement operations, analyzing spending patterns, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring the efficient and effective sourcing of goods and services for our electrical equipment manufacturing operations in India. This role is crucial in optimizing our supply chain and contributing to the company's profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze procurement data, including spend, supplier performance, and market trends, to identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Develop and maintain procurement reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Support the sourcing and negotiation processes for raw materials, components, and indirect services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, manufacturing, finance) to understand material requirements and ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor supplier performance and conduct regular supplier reviews.
- Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies and policies.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and ethical standards.
- Conduct market research to identify potential new suppliers and evaluate their capabilities.
- Manage and maintain procurement databases and systems.
