Procurement Analyst

Role Summary: The Procurement Analyst will be responsible for supporting the procurement team in sourcing, negotiating, and managing contracts for event-related services and materials. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to contribute to cost-saving initiatives within the live entertainment and events sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and trends.

Assist in the vendor selection process, including RFPs, RFQs, and contract negotiations.

Monitor contract performance and ensure compliance with terms and conditions.

Maintain accurate procurement records and manage supplier relationships.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs.

Prepare procurement reports and present findings to management.

Support the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures.
