Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Procurement Analyst with 3-4 years of experience and a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree to join our dynamic procurement team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in supporting strategic sourcing initiatives, optimizing procurement processes, and driving cost savings within the industrial equipment and machinery sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and supplier analysis to identify potential new suppliers and evaluate existing ones.
- Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and trends.
- Assist in the development and negotiation of supplier contracts and service level agreements.
- Monitor supplier performance against key metrics and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Support the creation of requests for proposals (RFPs) and requests for quotations (RFQs).
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and databases.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement policies and procedures.
