Procurement Category Manager

Role Summary: The Procurement Category Manager will be responsible for developing and executing procurement strategies for specific categories within Apollo Hospitals, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery of goods and services. This role requires strong analytical skills, market knowledge, and the ability to manage supplier relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement category strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify sourcing opportunities and cost-saving initiatives.
• Manage end-to-end procurement process, including supplier selection, negotiation, contract management, and performance monitoring.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.

• Analyze spend data and identify areas for consolidation and efficiency improvements.
