Procurement Category Manager - Electrical Equipment (2-3 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated Procurement Category Manager with 2-3 years of experience and an M.Pharma degree to join our dynamic team in Mangalore. This role will be instrumental in managing and optimizing the procurement of raw materials and components for our electrical equipment manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will leverage their pharmaceutical background to bring a unique perspective to supply chain management, focusing on cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement category strategies for key procurement areas within the electrical equipment sector.

- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate supply chain risks.

- Manage supplier relationships, performance, and contracts to ensure optimal outcomes.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., R&D, Production, Quality Assurance) to understand material requirements and ensure alignment.
