Procurement / Purchase Engineer - IT Services (3-5 Yrs Exp)

We are seeking a diligent and experienced Procurement / Purchase Engineer to join our dynamic team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree and 3-5 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on IT services and infrastructure. This role is crucial for optimizing our sourcing strategies, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services essential for our IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement procurement strategies for IT hardware, software, and related services.

- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors, negotiating favorable terms and contracts.

- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and invoice reconciliation.

- Monitor market trends, supplier performance, and pricing to ensure cost competitiveness and quality.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., IT, Finance, Legal) to understand their procurement needs and provide timely solutions.

- Maintain accurate procurement records and generate regular reports on spending, savings, and supplier performance.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement best practices.
