Key Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing and evaluating potential suppliers for various indirect and direct procurement needs.

Prepare and process purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and other procurement documents.

Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely receipt of goods and services.

Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities and vendor information.

Support in vendor negotiation and contract management activities.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement requirements.

Assist in analyzing procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
