Procurement / Purchase Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Procurement / Purchase Manager to oversee all procurement activities for Kotak Mahindra Bank. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services, managing vendor relationships, and optimizing the supply chain to support the bank's operations in the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with the bank's financial goals and operational needs.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, negotiation, contract management, and vendor performance evaluation.
- Identify and onboard new suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct market research to identify cost-saving opportunities and best practices in procurement.
- Oversee the purchasing of a wide range of goods and services, including IT equipment, software licenses, office supplies, and professional services.
- Maintain strong relationships with key vendors and stakeholders, resolving any disputes or issues promptly.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and services, managing inventory levels where applicable.
- Monitor procurement budgets and track expenses, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes affecting procurement in the financial services sector.
- Implement and manage procurement software and systems to enhance efficiency and transparency.
