Procurement / Purchase Manager - Banking (Gurgaon)

We are seeking a motivated Procurement / Purchase Manager with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon. This role is crucial for managing and optimizing the bank's procurement processes, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality of goods and services. The ideal candidate will leverage their B.Des background to bring a fresh perspective to design-led procurement strategies and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, negotiation, and contract management for various banking requirements.

Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, ensuring compliance with bank policies and quality standards.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide timely solutions.

Analyze market trends and pricing to achieve cost savings and optimize procurement budgets.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.

Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance requirements in procurement processes.

Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the procurement function.
