Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement & Purchase professional to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials and services crucial to our jewellery manufacturing and retail operations. This role requires a proactive approach to supplier management, negotiation, and inventory control within the fast-paced gems and jewellery industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and source high-quality raw materials, gemstones, precious metals, and packaging supplies in line with company specifications and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and manufacturers, negotiating favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Manage the entire procurement cycle, including purchase order creation, order tracking, and invoice processing.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production and sales teams to ensure adequate stock availability and minimize stock-outs.
• Conduct market research to identify new sourcing opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and pricing fluctuations.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, ethical standards, and relevant regulations in procurement activities.
• Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve overall procurement efficiency.
• Collaborate with the design and production teams to understand material requirements and specifications.
