Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Procurement & Purchase professional with 2-3 years of experience and an M.Com degree to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various procurement activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness, and maintaining strong vendor relationships within the Analytics/KPO/Research sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to payment.
- Source and evaluate potential vendors, negotiating terms and prices to achieve cost savings.
- Prepare purchase orders, contracts, and other procurement documentation.
- Monitor vendor performance and address any issues or discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of all procurement transactions and inventory.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
