Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Procurement & Purchase Officer with 1-3 years of experience and a strong educational background in Law (LLM) to join our team in Ludhiana. This role is crucial for managing and optimizing the procurement processes for our railway infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will leverage their legal acumen and understanding of contract law to ensure compliance, mitigate risks, and secure favorable terms in all procurement activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the end-to-end procurement process, including identification of needs, vendor selection, and contract negotiation.
- Review and draft procurement contracts, agreements, and purchase orders, ensuring legal compliance and protection of company interests.
- Conduct legal due diligence on potential vendors and suppliers.
- Advise on contractual obligations, risks, and dispute resolution related to procurement.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies governing procurement and contracting.
- Manage vendor relationships and performance, addressing any contractual issues that may arise.
- Prepare procurement reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
