Procurement / Sourcing Head

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Procurement / Sourcing Head to lead our procurement operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing procurement strategies, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring cost-effective sourcing of goods and services critical to our MRO operations. This role requires a deep understanding of the aviation industry supply chain and a proven track record in driving efficiency and value.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers, ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to achieve cost savings and favorable terms.
- Manage end-to-end sourcing process for aircraft parts, components, raw materials, and MRO services.
- Monitor market trends, supplier performance, and industry best practices to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Oversee inventory management and ensure timely delivery of critical materials.
- Develop and manage procurement budgets and forecasts.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant procurement policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines.
- Lead and mentor the procurement team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
