Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Procurement & Supply Chain team as a Junior Executive. This role is ideal for a recent M.Com graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic telecom industry. You will support various procurement and supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the sourcing and procurement of goods and services, including obtaining quotes and comparing supplier proposals.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and inventory levels.
- Support the supply chain team in managing logistics, transportation, and warehousing activities.
- Participate in vendor evaluation and selection processes.
- Help in the preparation of reports related to procurement spend, inventory, and supplier performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs.
- Learn and apply best practices in supply chain management and procurement.
