Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Procurement & Supply Chain professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing various aspects of our supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of electronic components and related materials. This role involves strategic sourcing, vendor management, inventory control, and logistics coordination within the Indian market and globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies for electronic components and raw materials.
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships.
• Optimize inventory levels to meet production demands while minimizing holding costs.
• Manage logistics and transportation to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and supply chain risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., engineering, manufacturing, finance) to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
• Analyze supply chain performance data and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
