Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Procurement & Supply Chain professional with a B.Pharma background to join our dynamic team in Nagpur. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient and cost-effective procurement of materials and services essential for our railway infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will leverage their understanding of pharmaceutical supply chains and apply it to the unique demands of the railway sector, focusing on timely delivery, quality control, and vendor management. This position is suitable for individuals with 3-5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain roles.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies for various project requirements, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers and vendors, negotiating contracts and terms to achieve optimal value.
- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including sourcing, purchasing, inventory management, and logistics.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant procurement policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor market trends and identify potential risks and opportunities within the supply chain.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide timely solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities and generate regular reports on spending, supplier performance, and inventory levels.
- Apply principles of quality assurance and control to procured materials and services, drawing upon B.Pharma knowledge where applicable for specific project needs.
- Optimize inventory levels to minimize holding costs while ensuring availability of critical materials.
