Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Procurement & Supply Chain Specialist to join our growing team. This role will be instrumental in managing and optimizing our procurement processes, ensuring timely delivery of materials and equipment, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our supply chain operations within the industrial equipment manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and procure raw materials, components, and services in accordance with company policies and project requirements.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and pricing.
- Manage supplier relationships, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to quality and delivery schedules.
- Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives and strategies.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and manage inventory levels.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and logistics teams to forecast demand and ensure supply chain continuity.
- Stay abreast of market trends, pricing, and technological advancements in the industrial equipment sector.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company standards.
