Producer (3-5 Yrs Experience)

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Producer to join our gaming division in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Management (BBA/BBM) and 3-5 years of experience in gaming production. You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end production of our mobile games, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a strong understanding of game development lifecycles, project management, and cross-functional team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of game production, from concept to launch and post-launch support.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, milestones, and resource allocation plans.
- Collaborate closely with game designers, artists, developers, QA testers, and marketing teams to ensure project alignment and successful execution.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing challenges and finding solutions.
- Oversee budget management and ensure projects remain within financial constraints.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication among all stakeholders, providing regular progress updates.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for game performance and player engagement.
- Ensure adherence to quality assurance standards and participate in playtesting and feedback sessions.
- Contribute to the strategic planning and ideation of new game titles.
