Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Product Analyst to join our dynamic team. The Product Analyst will be instrumental in driving product strategy and execution by analyzing user behavior, market trends, and business performance. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and designers to identify opportunities, define product requirements, and measure the success of new features and initiatives within our e-commerce technology platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze product performance metrics, user engagement, and conversion funnels to identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and identify new opportunities.
• Translate business requirements and user needs into detailed product specifications and user stories.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
• Develop and maintain product dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Gather and synthesize feedback from customers, sales, and support teams.
• Support product managers in defining and prioritizing the product roadmap.
