Product Analyst

Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Product Analyst with an M.Pharma background to join our Industrial Automation division in Mangalore. This role is crucial for understanding market needs, analyzing product performance, and contributing to the strategic development of our industrial automation products. You will bridge the gap between pharmaceutical insights and industrial applications, leveraging your scientific understanding to enhance our product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats in the industrial automation sector, with a focus on applications relevant to pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
- Analyze product usage data, customer feedback, and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
- Collaborate with product managers, R&D teams, and engineering to define product requirements and specifications, ensuring alignment with market needs and scientific principles.
- Develop and maintain product documentation, including user manuals, technical specifications, and training materials.
- Support the go-to-market strategy by providing insights on product positioning, pricing, and promotional activities.
- Translate complex scientific and technical information into clear, concise product insights for diverse stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on the lifecycle of assigned products, identifying potential obsolescence or upgrade opportunities.
- Contribute to the development of business cases for new product features or enhancements, supported by data-driven analysis.
