We are seeking a motivated and analytical Product Analyst to join our growing team in Bhubaneshwar. This entry-level role is perfect for a recent M.Tech graduate with a passion for understanding product performance, identifying market trends, and contributing to strategic product development within the dynamic import and export logistics sector. You will work closely with product managers and cross-functional teams to drive data-informed decisions and enhance our service offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze product usage data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for product improvement and new feature development.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key product metrics and performance indicators.
Collaborate with product managers to define product requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
Conduct competitive analysis to understand market positioning and identify areas for differentiation.
Support the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.
Assist in user research and usability testing to gather qualitative insights.
