Role Summary:
We are seeking a talented and innovative Product Design Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end design process of new products and the improvement of existing ones, from conceptualization to detailed design and prototyping. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, and manufacturing, to ensure that our products meet market needs and are manufacturable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and develop innovative product designs based on market research, customer feedback, and technical feasibility.
- Create detailed 3D models, 2D drawings, and specifications using CAD software.
- Perform design analysis, simulations, and testing to validate product performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with manufacturing engineers to ensure designs are optimized for production processes and cost-effectiveness.
- Develop and manage product documentation, including BOMs, technical manuals, and design reports.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, technologies, and materials in the industry.
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
