We are seeking a talented and motivated Product Designer with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Thiruvananthapuram. As a Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience and interface of our digital products within the NBFC sector. This role requires a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive and engaging designs.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct user research, create user personas, and map user journeys to understand user needs and behaviors.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product requirements and design solutions.
Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and data analysis.
Ensure design consistency across all product touchpoints and adhere to brand guidelines.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies in the industry.
