Job Description
We are seeking a talented and motivated Product Designer to join our dynamic team in Kolkata. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong visual sense and a passion for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences within the management consulting space. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex business needs into elegant design solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand user needs and business requirements for consulting solutions.
Design user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) for digital products and platforms used in management consulting.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.
Present design solutions to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies relevant to the consulting industry.
