Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Product Development Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in conceptualizing, designing, and bringing to market new steel products and applications, driving innovation and meeting market demands within the iron and steel industry. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, creativity, and a deep understanding of material science and manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ideate and develop new steel product concepts based on market research, customer feedback, and technological advancements.
- Conduct feasibility studies, material selection, and design optimization for new products.
- Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development lifecycle.
- Develop prototypes, conduct testing, and analyze results to validate product performance and quality.
- Prepare technical documentation, specifications, and reports for new product launches.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape in steel product development.
