Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Product Development Engineer to join our dynamic team in Chennai. This role is ideal for an individual with a Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree and 1-5 years of experience in product development, market analysis, or a related field within the beverage industry. You will play a crucial role in conceptualizing, developing, and launching new beverage products that align with market trends and consumer demands.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, R&D, Operations) to ideate and define new beverage product concepts.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the beverage sector.
Analyze consumer insights and sales data to inform product development strategies.
Assist in the formulation and testing of new product recipes, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
Develop and manage product development timelines and budgets.
Prepare product documentation, including specifications and costings.
Support the transition of new products from development to commercial production.
Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety regulations and quality standards.
