Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Development Engineer with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will contribute to the creation and refinement of new textile and apparel products, working closely with design, production, and quality control teams. This is an excellent opportunity for a 12th pass individual to grow their career in product development within the textile industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development of new textile and apparel product samples from concept to finalization.
Collaborate with designers to understand product specifications and translate them into technical requirements.
Conduct material research and testing to ensure quality and performance standards are met.
Prepare technical specifications and Bill of Materials (BOM) for new products.
Monitor the sampling process and provide feedback for improvements.
Work with production teams to ensure smooth transition from development to manufacturing.
Maintain product development records and documentation.
Participate in quality control checks and address any product-related issues.
