Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Development Manager to lead the development of innovative products within our accounting and auditing software suite. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the product lifecycle, a passion for technology, and a proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products. You will be responsible for defining product strategy, driving product roadmaps, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our accounting and auditing products.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify product opportunities and define requirements.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Translate business needs and user requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories.
- Prioritize features, manage the product backlog, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Define and track key product metrics, analyze performance, and iterate on product improvements.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in accounting and auditing software.
