Product Development Manager for BCA Graduates (2-4 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Development Manager with 2-4 years of experience, specifically looking for candidates with a BCA degree. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the development lifecycle of our innovative products within the Analytics and KPO domain. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust product solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation and requirement gathering to design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Work closely with product managers, engineering teams, and stakeholders to define product specifications and roadmaps.
- Analyze user needs and market trends to identify opportunities for product enhancement and innovation.
- Develop and maintain product documentation, including functional specifications and user guides.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure product quality and adherence to standards.
- Support product launches and post-launch activities, including user training and feedback collection.
