We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Development Manager with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Vishakhapatnam. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong aptitude for product management and a desire to contribute to innovative financial solutions, irrespective of their formal graduation status.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and specifications for new financial products and services.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify product opportunities and gaps.
Assist in the development and testing of product prototypes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Support product launch activities, including marketing collateral and training materials.
Gather and analyze user feedback to drive product improvements and iterate on existing features.
Contribute to product roadmap planning and prioritization.
