We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Product Development Manager with 3-4 years of experience and a strong academic background in LLM to join our dynamic team in Coimbatore. You will be instrumental in the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with design, marketing, and manufacturing teams to conceptualize and develop new leather product lines.
Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
Oversee the product development process, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Utilize your LLM expertise to analyze consumer feedback and market data for product refinement and strategy.
Manage supplier relationships and ensure the sourcing of high-quality materials.
Prepare product specifications, technical documents, and costings.
Stay abreast of industry advancements, manufacturing techniques, and relevant legal/compliance aspects.
