We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Development Manager with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of product lifecycle management, market trends, and a passion for innovation within the furniture and furnishing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, marketing, sales) to define product specifications and roadmaps.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new product opportunities and trends.
Manage the product development process from ideation through to launch, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
Develop and maintain product documentation, including technical specifications, user manuals, and marketing materials.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to drive product improvements and innovations.
Support sales and marketing teams with product knowledge and training.
