Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Engineer with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Delhi. This role is crucial in the development, improvement, and successful launch of new and existing food products. The ideal candidate will leverage their Master's degree and practical experience to contribute to all stages of the product lifecycle, from ideation to commercialization, ensuring alignment with quality standards, consumer preferences, and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the formulation and development of new food products, considering nutritional content, taste profiles, and shelf-life.
Conduct laboratory and pilot-scale testing to evaluate product feasibility, stability, and sensory attributes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, and Marketing, to ensure seamless product development and launch.
Support in the scaling-up of new products from pilot to commercial production, troubleshooting any technical challenges.
Analyze product performance data and consumer feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
Ensure all product development activities comply with food safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations related to product development projects.
