Role Summary:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Product Engineer to join our growing team. The Product Engineer will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from conception to launch and iteration, focusing on developing innovative solutions for our port and logistics operations. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the shipping and maritime industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, operations, marketing) to define product requirements and specifications.
- Translate user needs and business goals into detailed product roadmaps and feature backlogs.
- Oversee the development and implementation of new products and features, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Gather and analyze product performance data, user feedback, and operational metrics to drive product improvements.
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and efficient execution of product plans.
- Develop and maintain product documentation, including user guides and technical specifications.
- Champion the product vision and strategy within the organization.
