Role Summary:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Product Engineer to join our dynamic team at Havells India Ltd. The Product Engineer will be responsible for contributing to the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring the development of high-quality and innovative consumer electronics and appliances. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a passion for creating exceptional products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Design, Marketing, Manufacturing) to define product specifications and requirements.
- Participate in the design, development, and testing of new consumer electronics and appliance products.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify product opportunities and trends.
- Develop and execute product test plans, ensuring products meet quality, performance, and safety standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues throughout the product development process.
- Prepare technical documentation, including specifications, user manuals, and test reports.
- Support product launch activities and provide technical assistance to manufacturing and customer support teams.
- Continuously improve product designs and processes based on feedback and market insights.
