Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Engineer with a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 6 years of experience in product development and management within the agrochemical industry. You will be instrumental in driving the lifecycle of our agricultural products, from concept to market, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, efficacy, and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and sales teams to define product roadmaps and strategies.
- Translate market needs and customer feedback into detailed product requirements and specifications.
- Oversee the development, testing, and validation of new agrochemical products.
- Manage product lifecycle, including product launch, performance monitoring, and end-of-life planning.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Develop technical documentation, training materials, and support resources for internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ensure product compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues, providing technical expertise.
- Analyze product performance data and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Work closely with manufacturing and supply chain teams to ensure smooth product delivery.
